Not only did it arrive within 2 days, it was well packaged, and is way better than any vacuum cleaner I’ve owned....although it’s only been a day, but it’s very good at picking up our dogs’ hairs, the lights at the front are a very good feature and our carpet looked super clean with each stroke. It’s a bit heavy but it glides well and it went virtually horizontal to go under our coffee table! Amazing!!! And it’s surprisingly quiet!! Good value, easy to use.
Have only had my lift away for a week, so can’t really comment on how reliable it is. It was very easy to assemble, I like that the switch to change from carpet to hard floor is easy to reach on the handle. Same with the min to max power.. it picks up very well and is easy to change from floor to using nozzle or lift away section. So far I am very pleased with my purchase. One downside is that there are 3 extra nozzles/brushes but only room to store 2 on hoover so 1 is always left behind which is inevitably the one you wanted !!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent vacume cleaner
A very well made product. I purchased the shark NV681UKT at the end of April as my husband kept complaining how long it took to clean our living room with our cylinder Hoover. I had no trouble putting it together but didn't have a chance to use it until today having got it ready to use I then found my husband had decided to use it first. He at first thought it was heavy to push until I showed him how to adjust the suction level. As we have a very hairy dog who continually sheds we were both extremely impressed at how quickly the carpet the carpet was cleaned. In fact it looks almost new again and it is 12yrs old. Emptying it was a doddle and my husband decided to go round again. So it had to be emptied and cleaned again. It is a bit hard for me but as I have osteo arthritis in my hands that's the trouble not the shark. We both consider it a wel made product with superb cleaning power and neither of us can see any reason why it should not be perfectly reliable and give us many years of use.
