Its clear and easy to understand and makes basic small business bookkeeping easy,perhaps called Simplex because the book is so simple to use,.has everything you need for a small business like I have had for 30 plus years with staff up to ten.

The softback version is not nearly so sturdy as the hard back, particularly as it is subjected to almost daily use throughout the year.
