Excellent All-In-One Laser Printer, High Quality, Easy Set Up, Excellent Value, Fast Start, Approx 20+ Color pages per minute.
Printer arrived ahead of schedule. It was well packed and in perfect condition. I removed pieces of tape and packaging material and put paper in. Turned it on and went to touchscreen setup display and added network router address and it set itself up. Other windows 10 PCs detected it and auto setup installed printer for me. The print quality is beautiful and I have already printed over 1000 pages with factory toner cartridges. The printer can print close to 20 color pages per minute, in addition it only takes like 10-20 seconds to start. It is very fast. The only drawback is the paper tray only holds about 100 sheets, although there is an upgraded larger tray available, I think. For the price, it is an excellent value and a worthy addition to our home computer network. Definitely recommend this printer 100%.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good printer but difficult to setup correctly.
This was the second of this model I have bought. This one appears to have a defective usb port, because I got a blue screen reboot after every attempt to plug in the usb cable from the computer to the printer. We decided to bypass this by running the printer off a network cable instead. Then it worked. Overall, the printers are fast and give good print quality, but difficult to setup all the options correctly. The first printer I bought did not have the usb port problem, but has had other issues, such as having difficulty setting up the scanner to scan to a location on the network by just selecting scan from the display on the printer. Instead, I had to bypass this by going directly to the computer, opening the scanner from the shortcut on the computer screen, and start the scan from there. Again, inconvenient but it works. Overall,a good printer but hp could make it more user friendly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tired of ink jet printers
This is my first color laser printer. Previous ink jet printers were costing me serious money because of clogged print heads and expensive ink. I calculate that this printer will pay for itself in 1 year. The print quality is excellent even on cheap paper. Print speed is good even when printing double-sided documents. Scan quality and speed are good. Printing from either tray is easy even from a virtual machine. plug and print...
I don't use the fax feature and have not scanned anything yet, so my rating is for all the rest, straight forward setup, download latest driver from HP, configure on wireless network. Once setup go to brower enter in IP and configure through browser, update firmware etc... I printed from my iPhone for the first time yesterday, the phone saw the printer and printed, a bit small so may need to review properties when printing from phone...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A Super Purchase
The printer arrived shortly after I ordered it. I followed the quick setup instructions and was up and running on the main computer. I was under the impression that I had ordered a wireless printer but that is not what arrived. So, I ordered two house wiring modules and all the other tablets, phones,and laptops easily and quickly connected to the new wireless hookup. The printer responds immediately, producing a clear, clean copy even including color. Everyone is very happy with the new laser printer. The device that arrived was well boxed. The machine itself looks new, even to the point of having all openings taped shut and the touch pad still having protective covering. Affordable Color Laser!
The printer was sold with a technical difficulty, but I bought it because the ink cartridges were nearly 100%. I received it and was able to rectify the error condition with just a little troubleshooting, so I now have two of these printers sitting side-by-side, fully functional. easy setup
