Being wheelchair reliant I needed something to help me pick up all the things I drop so bought the folding type some six years ago. They are light, very easy to use and quite strong so I recently bought two more for use in my shed and another for indoors. The mechanism of the gripper is far too complicated. Already? The cord is starting to show signs of wear As it passes over the roller. The trigger grip Is a shape that only allows 2 fingers to operate . This product would probably be very good at picking up. Chris packets and toffee papers. That is not really suitable for someone. Couldn't live without it
I must use this fifty times a day to recue the frightening number of things I drop on the floor. I am disabled and couldn't function without this gadget which clips nicely onto the frame of my trolley.I can fasten/unfasten my shoes, load the washing machine and put items into cupboards. It is very versatile. Sturdy and yet light but it handles everything from pins and slips of paper to quite heavy items. The magnet at the tip is a god-send. Hand grabber
This extended length of hand grabber is excellent to reach the places that is very hard to reach. The Rolls Royce of grabbers/pickers
This is the Rolls Royce of reachers/grabbers i have had a few before and this is easily the strongest, best engineered, easiest to use and highest quality of them all. Its worth every penny of the eatra price over the others we tend to buy because they are cheap but I have found the cheap ones in my experiance are fragile and made out of poor quality plastics and components.
