I am just about to finish my first packet of Higher Nature Black Cohosh Menopause Relief tablets my goodness what a difference its made to my life. Before finding out about these little magic pills I was a absolute nightmare to live with due to irritability and mood swings and obviously my husband got the full force of it 😬, I also had this very un settling feeling of nervousness I constantly felt like I was hanging on the edge of a cliff. A few weeks later now I am my old self happy and just easy to live with which my husband has noticed, but I am not telling him what my little secret is 😉. Ladies give them a try.

I started with menopause at 39 the last 5 years I have suffered badly with sweating. I've had 2 heart attacks so I wasn't allowed to take HRT so my doctor refered me to see a gynecologist. She told me about Black Cohosh and I've been taking them for 3 weeks now and I can already see a difference! I used to have a 4.5 tog quilt in summer and winter, windows open and my fan on. Now I have 13.5 tog quilt windows shut and no fan! I'm told it doesn't work for everyone so I'm one of the lucky ones. My whole life has changed for the better by just taking 1 little tablet every day! Go on ladies give it a go and see if it works for you! I hope it does.

Very impressed.
Cannot recommend these tablets enough. My sleeping pattern was all over the place due to night sweats. Not any more, getting a full night sleep now. And no more mood swings, no irritability, which my husband is most relieved about. Great alternative to HRT. Wish I'd tried them much sooner.
