Best Jewellery Cleaner - Bar None.
I restore vintage jewellery and this product is second to none for cleaning silver. It works on all silver and gold but it’s essential for chains and items with hard to clean areas. This seller offers incredible value for money and partly that’s down to them supplying genuine Talk Town product which has been repackaged with the logo of certain high-end jewellers, presumably to sell on as their own. I can guarantee it is 100% the real thing and it works miracles. As to value, I bought two for less than I’ve had to pay for one - seriously helpful savings. In short it’s amazing stuff and you can’t go wrong, just obviously, as with all similar products, handle with care; use in well ventilated area, keep it away from pets and children and dispose of as advised. Don’t use on gemstones apart from diamonds, cubic zirconia and very hard gems and don’t get it on your hands, it won’t hurt you but it’s naturally quite caustic on the skin. Would not recommend for smaller items like earrings
Main point is that the 'basket' for jewellery has a very wide mesh, you can't use it for earrings or smaller items (the main things I want to clean!) They will simply drop through. The liquid is highly toxic, so the whole process of using it without the basket is very tricky. Also the container is really filled right to the top, so be very careful on opening. Bought this to clean up my bracelets and other pieces of silver jewellery I have that was beginning to look tired. Dipped this and immediately seen results, comes with a small soft cleaning brush to get in all the little nooks and crannies which works really well. Wedding ring
Bought my other half’s wedding ring a year ago. We are about to get married so we got it out and noticed it has tarnished! Apparently this is common when you don’t wear a piece of silver for a while. Absolute panic before the big day! Bought this stuff and panic over!! It’s good as new.

Worked v well on thick chain - looked like new. You can leave small items in the basket to soak in the solution if they are particularly tarnished and they polish up very well. Recommended.
