This sleeping 50 mg gel cap is too potent by itself...wake up "hung over" in the morning. I now I put one gel cap in a glass of water and let it dissolve and drink about 1/2 glass = 2 nights (25 mg each). I use these the night before I work a shift that starts at 3am so I can get to sleep early. I take two and am out in between 60 and 90 minutes, so they aren’t fast acting but they are excellent and you don’t feel drowsy the next day.
