It is a very strong chapter in the life of a jewish artist from Lithuania in the 1940's, when she and her family together with thousands of other jewish families were sent to the remotest town in the Artic, under the orders of Stalin. Almost impossible to understand that just when Russia was preparing for WW2, Stalin had the time to deal with Rusian Jewish people in such a monstrous way. The story is heartbreaking, and the amazing performances by the actors keep you all the way to the end. This is a film that should be seen by younger generations, so that they will know what really happened. Amazing camera work and direction!
