Hosseini always at his best
Having read Hosseini's first two books, I had high expectations. I was not disappointed. The plot and characters are compelling, and the writing has the same choppy flow. The theme of personal and collective guilt gives the story the same flavour as 'The Kiterunner' and 'A Thousand Splendid Suns'. Not for those readers who do not want to find themselves reflecting on their own responsibilities.
