Good for about two weeks MAX
Very poor quality. Have just changed my pillows from these and my new shoulder pain has almost disappeared. If they are genuine memory foam it’s poor quality memory foam. They completely loose their shape and feel like they only have several thin foam sheets inside. They caused me A LOT of increased pain in my neck and shoulders. I have had several spinal fusions (many years ago) and put the increased pain down to the worsening of this. However, I’ve been using new pillows now for almost two weeks; my neck and shoulder pain has practically disappeared. Please buy better quality pillows, you deserve it!
