I am generally pleased with my phone. I knew it would have scratches and they are not too bad. However, the battery shows it is not apple and not recommended. The package deal would have been enhanced by inclusion of the pin to get at the SIM card in old phone, and by a screen protector, neither cost much and were included last time I bought a refurbished phone from another organisation.

I bought this as a gift for my grandson’s birthday and he loves it. Apart from the tiniest dent on the side it was perfect. The description said the battery health would be at least 80% and was in fact 98%! The price was very good compared to other refurbished/used phones and I would happily buy again. 🙂.
