Dimplex no glow
The log effect doesn't glow. what have Dimplex done or rather not done. I have an old version of this fire the logs glow realistically and the effect is great. This new fire has no electrical connection to the logs its just a lump of moulded plastic which is not a good look. Dimplex should look to improve their products in order to boast their sales and profits not cut them back making them undesirable.

Lovely fire
Lovely fire, only problem one of the bulbs was broken when I got it out of the box. I have had great difficulty trying to get a replacement, only to be told these bulbs are not been manufactured anymore
