Decent gear
These Presto taps are made of proper steel. They easily cut a CLEAN thread through a correct size tapping hole, and leave a nice thread behind . Not all supposed cutting tools do this . I use Trefolex cutting compound, which helps take the heat away, and I am confident that these little taps will last for years.

Excellent thread cutting taps!
Been using Presto thread cutting tools since I was an apprentice back in the mid 70's and the quality hasn't diminished in all those years. They cut accurate threads and last.
