Brilliant
Having a 1400 spin washer I didn't think this would make that much difference. However I get a further 300-400ml water out of a load so speeds up drying time. It's also quicker and more efficient than my washing machine spin cycle when I hand wash.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Machine Overall
Good machine does the job very well and much quieter than the one it's replaced, just one thing though, I think they could've put a little more thought into the design of the lid, there isn't really anything to put your fingers under to pull it up. Just a small lip on the hollow of the lid would have been sufficient, may cause some difficulty for people with a dexterity problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My 70 Year Old Mum Loves It
Already bought the white one for myself (see my other review). Bought this stainless steel one for my parents. My mum loves it, she already had a small one but couldn't find one with a larger capacity in the UK. I have bought several items from Hifi Tower before so I was happy to recommend them. Mum was particularly impressed by how quiet it was remarking on this a few times. One thing that may be of interest with the stainless steel model is the see-through lid for those who like to see what is going on inside - a bit of a novelty.
