Does not do what it claims
These pills claim to help keep you in ketosis but they do not! I guess if I’d had more experience of keto then I wouldn’t have known any different but I’m only five weeks in and panicking at only having had 23g protein by 9pm I found some blow carb protein powder and made up a quick shake. Good for reducing your portions and cravings
It definatelly keeps me fuller for longer and reduced my cravings, still early days but already managed to loose 2 lbs, 1kg.
