This tape sticks to your material like a limpet!
This product does what is says on the packet and will rewaterproof an otherwise useful Helly Hansen fold away jacket. BUT - can more explanation be given as to which side of the tape the sticky is on? I found out by trial and error and bad language! It is the white side. Also advice on how to approach the reproofing of seams. I discovered that if you imagine you are using a sewing machine, feed the tape through your fingers, press the tape over the seam little by little, it is possible to achieve even coverage. Excellent.

Tough to separate the backing from the tape
It is tough to separate the tape from the backing. Wasted a foot or so before I worked out you needed a great deal of patience and sharp finger nails

Did what it said it would, repaired a rip on a canvas curtain. Care should be taken when positioning materials as un-sticking isn't an option if you expect to use the same piece of sticky tape. Good product.
