Good solid quality
I like this. Internal transformer means no ugly wall wart plug. Never a situation where the batteries run out, as there are none. Wired connection to the button means that there is never a situation where a signal can drop out. Also, the constant 8v supplied to the button means that you can use an illuminated button. I'll never use wireless again. This is so much better and more reliable. The design is minimalistic. No stupid selectable tones, or flashing blue LED nonsense. Using mains is more reliable and cheaper with less maintainance. Once it's installed and running it can be forgotten about. The chime is plenty loud enough, and I like that it's generated throgh a mechanical solenoid, instead of a tacky pre-programmed electronic chip.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
