Great for after pregnancy hair loss !
In the past I have tried products that did have up to 5000 mcg and did not make much difference. With this one You get 10,000mcg dosage here whereas others only offer up to 5000mcg and this is way above the NRV (NRV is a new name for RDA Recommended Daily Allowance). Travel friendly packaging and easy so swallow pills. Packaging came in sealed and is valid till Nov 2021; which is very convenient! So far so good.
