CANNOT FAULT THIS PRODUCT.
Rather pleased with this flour, it's much better quality than the1.5kg bags we normally buy from our local store. It mixes well, it rises much higher in the tins and produces a beautiful crust. Poor value for money
I have used a bread making machine for 15years or more and bought this on line because I couldn't get it in my normal store. The flour is Ok. I suspect profiteering, but have no way of knowing. The 16kg sack was delivered intact inside a transit box on time. Part of the stitching at the top of the bag was missing but had been replaced by a new stitch. On baking my first loaf, the dough rose as much as another brand I have used from Marriage's made from Canadian wheat. No problem with the finished loaf. Good solution to the flour shortage
With small packs unavailable, I bought this 16kg sack and transferred it to smaller self seal plastic bags. 16KG is far too much for me so I have sold half of the flour to friends and relatives at cost price.
