    Cook's Illustrated : These people love to cook rather than love to eat. Who makes Nettles? Who cooks fiddleheads? Some of the recipes seem really yummy- the carrot cake for instance. I made them as muffins - WOW.The tips on how to purchase vegetables (what the hallmarks of fresh are per vegetable type, "why this recipe works" and storage tips are good features. Just thought it wouldn't be so effete.
