Delivered on time well packaged. Came with kit for easy step by step instructions for ensemble. Looks great to early to say how comfortable but first impressions are good with a massage pads for those aching muscles. Foot rest not long enough in my opinion as I am 5”7 other than that minor point as I won’t use the footrest Overall pleased with my purchase.

The chair is relatively comfortable and easy to assemble. The down side is that the vibration function is very noisy on all settings and to the extent that if you lean forward at any point when it is turned on it makes a loud noise resembling chronic flatulence until such time as you lean back again. This is rather amusing at first, especially for my 3 year old daughter who is amused by anything of then like, however, the novelty quickly wears thin and is replaced with an increasing sense of annoyance and sometimes embarrassment when explained to clients that 'no, I didn't just let rip...it was my chair! In addition to the above, the power cord is only barely more that a meter or so in length and powered only via USB, not mains. This means that you can only use it when near a USB port or laptop and the cord length (or lack of!) makes it almost unusable unless holding the laptop on your knee! Read full review

First, Quality Excellent Second Self assembly very easy and straight forward, Allen key and screws supplied are of good quality. Third Comfort Good operation of features simple. Forth. Rollers supplied for feet while seeming good quality do not work well on Laminate flooring making chair unstable if you try to move while sitting... Last I have been unable to incline slightly backwards which would make the seating position Perfect for computer use. But all in all I am pleased with the Purchase. .

I needed a comfy chair for hours I spend at pc editing and decided to ditch my old office chair I got from a charity shop for a tenner, 10 years ago. Wish I kept it now! New chair looks the part and even has a vibration mode for back rest. But the seat bit really hurts my lower back. I now sit on cushions. Wish I paid out more for another. You don't need footrest or vibration bits, just comfort

The bolts for the arms were the most difficult to insert and one just took ages to locate correctly, no doubt due to the mass production and poor quality. Having a motor in the back of the chair, lined up with your back, that does not have variable speed is not a massage, true there are different 'modes' but all they do is govern the pounding to your back. No instructions on how to get the leg rest out, had to reach under and placing hands at the end of the two rods wiggle from side to side till there was room to grasp the front and then pull it forward. The USB lead was far to short, you need an extension lead for it, otherwise you are limited to how far away you can sit from the screen and the computer.
