Good experience so far
So far, so good. The Denon AVR X4700H I purchased from World Wide Stereo's ebay store arrived a day early (June 1, 2022), clean, with light scratches consistent with use. The packaging was missing the custom multicolored channel cable labels, and the remote shipped with AAA batteries, but requires AAs. No big. Set-up was easy, but Audessey had to be repeatedly convinced that my speakers were actually in phase. Unplugging and re-plugging worked. Having the HMDI-CEC "on" is problematic, randomly switching devices (momentary panic attack) - IMHO you should turn this function off unless you are running only Denon components. Very nice unit, good sound, easy to navigate. I replaced my still-working AVR 3803 when I ran new low voltage wiring and upgraded to an OLED evo. I was skeptical about refurbished, but, hey, the price was good! I'm looking forward to enjoying my reconfigured home theater. MikeVerified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

super unit... price increases from Denon & Marantz have been a killer. This lightly used unit hit the sweet spot.
had an older Denon back10+ years ago, hated the configuration set up. This is 1000% better. I watched some youtube videos, but the process was really dummy proof.
