Scratches and dents but works well
Okay so there was some scratches and dents on this item. I don't remember reading that in the description so if it was there my apologies. Of course I'm using this in a room where the freezer is not on display so it's no big deal. It got cold very fast and it seems to be working just fine. It arrived just one day late so that was no big deal. I would say overall I'm satisfied with it just be prepared that the item might have some dents and scratches. I would only be concerned with this if it was a gift or something but because it's for personal use honestly I don't care about the dents and scratches. I'm only bringing it up in case you are planning to get this as a gift for someone or in case you find it completely unacceptable that an item like this might have dents and scratches. It's a really nice size and I would say that it holds at least two large clothes baskets full of food easily. It doesn't seem to make a lot of noise. Great product, crappy packaging
the Freezer itself is excellent. The transportation packaging is sub-standard. I add m y voice to other reviewers in reporting that it was dented upon arrival. I suspect a problem in having the manufacture fix this is that many like myself just shrug and put up with it because it is not worth the trouble to return it. Bottom line: Until there are reports of improved packing, don't purchase this product if you need it to look like it hasn't been dropped off a truck!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Over priced and cheaply made
Looks nice to the naked eye. Very easy to scuff and dent. The metal tray on the inside very weak, easily bent. Made of thin none durable material. The coating on the deep freezer is very thin. Light weight for a very big chest freezer. Very hard to open, you need man power to open when it is on. I had to unplug mine to open it. The overall looks of the products is better than the product functionality and durability.

Not told of damage
I bought two of these 7 ft.³arctic king and both freezers advertised as brand new but both were damaged! one was damaged on the corner of the top lid of one of the freezers and the other was damaged around the power cord. not enough damage for me to send them back because they do work and the price was right but it just would’ve been nice had I’ve been told of the damage so it wouldn’t hv been a surprise! damaged by fedx
only con was getting it shipped unscathed. fedx managed to damage the only corner that is next to the control panel. sad thing. we dont really know what to do now.
