Fits shirt pocket very well. This means it fits in ANY bag I might be carrying as well. Keeps credit-card-sized items handy with notepad. Accept wire bound notepad with enough room in binding to hold Pilot Birdy pencil. This keeps pencil point from digging into pocket, and pencil clip from fraying pocket entrance. Fits any side-bound 3"x5" pad up to around 50 pages (for paper thick enough to not bleed through." NIcely stitched. Decent quality leather. Very glad to have this!!
