    Best Vacuum Cleaner I have ever owned

    What a little gem this vacuum cleaner is. I’ve had at least three rechargeable ones over the years from Vax & Bosch that just weren’t up to the job & on charge for longer than I was able to use each one. It was lucky if I got a 5 minute clean out of each one. Step forward the Shark DuoClean Vacuum. Yes it’s corded but the cord is so long I can virtually clean from one end of my property to the other & to do a complete vacuum I only have to plug it in twice. The suction power is brilliant, it’s easy to empty, the rollers are easy to clean. Having two long haired dogs the roller does still get matted with hair regardless to the claim but it’s so easy to remove the roller to get the hair off that it’s not a problem. It’s so simple detaching the main body to attach the tools too. The vacuum folds in two for easy storage & being able to vacuum under furniture & beds is an absolute doddle. I wish I’d bought a Shark Vacuum years ago & certainly recommend this one to all.

    It's definitely too heavy and tall for a stick vacuum. The structure can't stand on its own, so you have to lean it against a wall when not in use. I can feel my aching after 15 min use. However the power and effectiveness are good. I like the antiwrap mechanism. Decent condition for a refirbished product. I know that I shouldn't have expected much, but I think that printing the instruction manual and sending it alongside the product would be good courstesy from the seller.

    Excellent hoover

    I am so impressed with the Shark corded hoover. I've had a Dyson previously but this is much better. Very long cord so easy to go from room to room without having to unplug and plug back in. Suction power is amazing, I couldn't believe how much it picked up! There's a push button to switch from carpet to hard floors so easy to go from one to the other. Folds down neatly to store so it doesn't take up much room. Overall I am very happy with my new hoover and won't buy another brand again.

    Found THE ONE

    Finally I have found what I have been looking for in a hoover. Having downsized property I needed a hoover that manovres well around items and as I call it swivels at the neck. Until now the only ones I had come across were cordless...which did not give me the power. Or they were corded but never had a powered head which made carpets and rugs hard work. Finally my search is over. The Shark. Was a good price. Is corded (with a very generous cord) it has powerful suction, a powered head, it swivels at the neck to get around small areas, it also bends in the middle to go under tables, and folds down for storage. Finally it is a sinch to empty. It has been very well thought out in its design. Perfect

    Best cleaner by a mile.

    I've had many vacuum cleaners, some by leading to companies but the Shark is in a different league. I chose the corded version as to often cordless one run out of power before you finish the task in hand. The Shark is lightweight, easy to use and powerful. The be anti hair wrap works great too. I would definitely recommend this product.

    A joy to use

    Firstly, well done to Shark for the recyclable packaging - no nasty polystyrene or plastic bags. I took quite a while weighing up the pros and cons of all the models before settling on the HZ500UK and I am delighted with my choice. The cleaning power is terrific. It is light weight and the 10m cord give me plenty distance. I also like the attachment brush for cleaning the stairs. Winner!

    Brilliant Hoover

    Absolutely amazing. It is so easy to use. This is very powerful on suction. Not too heavy. Folds great for storage. Cannot believe the bargain I got. It’s seriously like brand new. Filter is easy to take out and clean. It has a very long cord so it can be plugged in and you can do a big area without having to plug in to another socket. It’s absolutely perfect 🤩 I would 100 % recommend.

    Beautiful and efficient

    It's lovely. Plenty of suction power, effective carpet sweeping, with lights to show what's ahead. You can use the carpet head on the stairs. It's light enough when carrying it around. It swivels well when you need to go round obstacles, and goes under tables/chairs etc. Storage is not a problem, you can stand it against a wall or fold it to stand free. Plenty of chord to reach several rooms. And it even looks good with it's shiny purple paintwork.
