Wilkinson Sword Ultralight Digging Spade
We have a very heavy clay soil allotment and this spade is both very light and very strong and makes digging our allotment as easy as it can be! We have had 3 good stainless steel spades in the past this is the best we have had, and the serrated edges makes it easy to separated turf tuffs from the soil. Really impressed with both the spade, and the price.

Light spade
Good product. Can be used like a half moon. Probably won’t stand up to too many large stones on an allotment but it’s not designed to be used for heavy duty. Very light and sharp. Good on the flat for lifting grass and digging bigger weeds out, but again it’s not designed like a trench spade. Therefore a little common sense is required. On the whole very pleased.
