    Great well illustrated book with cour photos to demonstrate each pose. Chapters can be read individually. Easy read easy to follow. Suitable for all runners beginners to advanced. Trial to road. Looks at building strength in all areas core. Legs etc. Looks at useful breathing techniques for rest and running. Well presented and laid out. I've done yoga and running for years and enjoyed seeing different variations on movements.
