For this extended edition, we have added further Gershwin compositions recorded by Peterson on various occasions, including all of the tunes from a George Gershwin songbook attempt made in 1952 by the Peterson trio with Brown and Barney Kessel on guitar, and originally issued as Oscar Peterson Plays George Gershwin. A live version of "It Ain't Necessarily So" by the trio of Peterson-Brown-Thigpen taped in 1960 has been added as a further bonus.
