Had to trash it after a few months.
At first I thought it pretty good. But there are a lot of poor things to it. I have a large house and want to move it about when using it. It is very awkward to pick up the base pad/charger, the plug, and unit at once. Filling with hot water, as recommended, is a waste as it cools well before the water is all used. The pads are quite small. They can be cleaned regularly, but they don't have the depth or size to do much more than spread the dirt around. Finally, it stopped working at all with some type of error saying it had no water or something. I trashed it after using it for a few months. My wife purchased a spin mop which is a lot easier to clean and really goes fast. It's all manual. I can do all our tile quite quickly. In the future, I'd love to buy a mop/vacuum robot to do it all. My two robot vacs do a pretty good job, but this mop just doesn't put it together.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

This item is in like new condition- it is missing the original foam carbon filter that goes above the replaceable white filter from the original product store package, but that wasn’t listed as part of this sale so I will buy that separately from their website. The mop feature worked well. Vacuum is fine, though it did get it’s plastic duster hairs coiled up on one of my throw rugs. I combed and trimmed them back. I will eventually unscrew them and soak in hot water to help them regain their shape. Seller packed it well but didn’t bother cleaning it so that was a little gross to pull a strangers hair out of the roller lol but I polished it up and it’s running great!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
