  • High on anime list for its detailed scenery.

Fantastic level of detail in the background and scenery. There's some great lighting and animating too with things like the fireworks and camera panning sequence at the start. It's a big shame the characters are drawn to be so cartoon looking. There is a depth implied to a few of the main characters but is never explored and the rest get nothing. The editing sometimes makes you lose place in the plot. The sound and music are nice too but sometimes doesn't quite fit or time with the scene. Overall, watch it if you want to see the best looking scenery in an anime.
