A full life condensed
The music is great, the characters credible but the story line is a bit trite but overall the story line does not matter too much since it is virtually impossible to compress the full life which Gershwin had into 2 hours but nonetheless the dvd is excellent viewingVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fine film on the life of George Gershwin with generally superb musical numbers, though the title section is a little over-long.
