This is nothing short of revolutionary. It's very quiet. It's super powerful. And it's cordless.
Did I mention it's cordless?
And it lasts a looooong time too; it's not wimpy at all.
It's been a God send. I will never look at rotary tools the same.
I've had Proxxon (nice Germany rotary too), and the cheapies you get for $30. I cheaped out and got one of those low-end corded rotaries with a gazillion attachments. While the value is there, the quality just isn't.
All I can say is, the adage is true: when you buy cheap, you buy twice or three times.
When you buy luxury/high end, it lasts, and it's a joy to use.
Get it. You know you want it.
The portability is the main pro for me, it is a little on the heavy side for intricate use but I find it overall a good addition to model crafting.
Ideally it would be great if it came with a spare battery.
