Yes this starter kit has all the necessary devices you would need, if you fancy any extras they are readily available and easy to connect to the system. The app has some bad reviews but I have not experienced any issues. It is self explanatory, and as with all apps you just need to explore all the options to identify what you can change or set. The fact it has no monthly fee is fantastic!! The photo PIR is very good, I installed the unit and set it when I went out, then a friend with a key came round to collect some item's and the alarm activated. Straight away I got a app notification and email saying "burglar!!", opened the app and viewed the captured image, to see my friend walking into the living room covering his ears. This is a well engineered product, easy instructions and worked straight out of the box. I am still trying to understand the full flexibility of this product. I also bought two key fobs that I feel are essential and very handy. I have added to this a 303w camera that works separate to the alarm and is a more flexible addition. Bad points, the instructions are a bit generic, and some more set up and operating instruction would help.
