Poor quality.
This item is not fit for intended purpose. The holes weren't in the right place and the plate flexes too much under load and, I believe it would cause stability problems with any trailer being towed. The company has been informed. As I was not using it for its intended purpose, I decided to keep it, otherwise it would have been returned.

Bit rough but cheap
The plate has been roughly cut out making it not flat on one side but the holes are accurate and neat and it was cheap and will do the job

What an incredibly stunning product. It actually does what it is intended to do. If your trailer tilts backwards, your tow ball is mounted too high.
Addition of this device can solve your problem, within 10 minutes, if you have the correct nuts, bolts, washers and tools to hand.
