Have just made a really good Victoria sponge using my new tins. I was a little sceptical because you can pay so much more for similar, but heavier, cake tins - but these worked a treat and are certainly value for money, and more than adequate for my domestic use.

For the price these tins actually worked well. The reason for my surprise is that because the packing was so bad they arrived slightly worse for wear. Fortunately my husband managed to reshape them and my cake turned out beautifully.
