I wanted this to pass onto my daughter as she now has my older 3D TV with my half dozen 3D BluRays, so all good. However, as it's now quite an old model, don't expect any of the impressive array of Smart apps to actually work. It also appears that you can't even renew them as the Samsung App Store no longer showed them. The only one that still worked was NOW TV and then only till the end of September 2022!

I have always used Panasonic products prior to this and I was loathe to try any other products. I took a punt on this and I was more than pleased. The player is so good that I bought another one for the kitchen - thereby allowing me to enable the smart function on the older set. Picture is excellent as are the smart functions. It even accepted a 256gb 3.0 usb drive. I would heartily recommend this product
