Temperature range: Black + Gray: -40 to +230 degrees / Red: -50 to +300 degrees Creates a reliable seal that will not crack, shrink or shift under the influence of sudden temperature changes. Replaces O-rings, washers and gaskets made from asbestos, rubber, felt, paper, cork and metal. It can be effective for repairing: valve trains, valve guide bushings, oil pans, thermostat housings, gearboxes, etc. be used. Resistant to lubricants, coolants, gasoline, kerosene, water, acids and alkalis. Easy to apply and remains elastic. The surface to be treated must be degreased.

Does "what it says on the tin"
Used this to seal a petrol leak on small engine. The sealer has the viscosity similar to toothpaste and gave 100% seal on both butt joints and fine threads.It was easy to apply and manipulate. I recommend you wear vinyl gloves, or similar; otherwise be prepared to give your hands a good scrub with soap and water, to remove any sealer contamination. To be honest until i have longer experience of this product I can only guess its quality. It seems to work well so far. I dont expect any problems as it has sealed two crank cases for me and wont be under enormous pressure or heat.
