Almost exactly like the original
It seems that all these replacement controllers now have a button to light up all the keys, where the old input selector key was. The input selector button replaces the HDMI button so there is now no HDMI button. I find this annoying because to watch our DVD player, I have to select the DVD input and press OK instead of pressing HDMI once (oh for the convenience and laziness of modern life).
