  • Positive Psychology that works

I had seen the writer's TED talk and had ordered her book the day after. The book is pretty bigger than regular book size, pale yellow pages are easy to read and it has lots of exercises in it that gives me a feeling that it is actually a workbook for achieving a better life based on science and psychological research. I love it!!
