After suffering on and off over several years with sciatica and visiting doctors and physiotherapists I tried this book and in less than a week I was able to walk nearly normal unaided by a walking stick and no longer screaming in agony. The pills I used to take to relieve pain are no longer required. The book is simple to understand and the excercises are also easy . I would certainly recommend this book
This book is well worth the money ,explaining how to exercise safely , it also gives details of what is really going on in your body , that is explaining where this dreadful pain is coming from, and trying to help you deal positively with the pain.
