Its Okay, Would Consider This Product a Mild Hand Sanitizer.
I am giving this only a 3 star review as it is only 61% alcohol, that is pretty weak when it comes to what is needed to kill germs. So the value doesnt match the quality, but the quality is good for what it says it is. Does not have a strong "chemical" odour and does leave your hands soft.
