A fantastic detox and boost to set you on you way!
I tried the C9 Cleanse because I could not get my head in gear to get back into the healthy lifestyle I had before Christmas. Most people would say it's too expensive but if you calculate what you spend on food and drink over 9 days, it's pretty good value. It has everything in the kit that you need for 9 days and although it is a cleanse, an added bonus is you will probably lose a few pounds along the way. I used this, and, if you stick to it to the letter, you will feel fantastic by day 9. I would thoroughly recommend this product. All you need is willpower!
