A gem from the 1960's but still groundbreaking to the non-aware
I am working my way through the don Juan series, currently on Journey to Ixtlam. There is a lot of spiritual content, whilst this originates from American Indian culture there are many similarities with generations of learning from around the globe. There are many genuinely useful gems to be discovered if you want them - feelings of self importance are responsible for much of the mental anguish we bring upon ourself and that we should live our lives remembering that we only get to do it once so act with conviction and meaning. Much more besides.
