Good book for serious health eaters
I was looking for a diet to loose weight, primarily from around my stomach, this book was recommended to me as a good source of information for reducing heart disease by reducing cholesterol. I have not so far completed reading the book, but so far I have found all the information very useful, although the book is written by an American Doctor and is based on the American model of very high fat and dairy product diet of the Americans, as we so often see the very large people on our TV's, we can learn from the information in this book how we can alter our diet for the better.
