    Simple exercises properly explained.

    I suffer chronic pain through spinal decay and spinal arthritis. My muscles have to do a lot more of the work of supporting my skeleton at times and this book - and others in the same series - is a major influence in keeping me mobile. The text is straightforward and easy to read. The exercises are explained in detail and they are easy to follow. The illustrations are the best that I have seen in a fitness manual. It has become my "Bible" and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone who wishes to improve their fitness or just stay mobile.
