Good quality tool
I needed an 8mm open ended spanner for the 8mm square draw bar on my milling machine. This is ideal as it's 138mm long and the ring spanner end is comfortable in my palm. Whilst this is a special use, it is an accurately made nicely finished tool and of course would be ideal for general purpose use in those situations calling for a bit more torque than can be comfortably generated by a standard length spanner.
