Worth every penny.
Bought this after discovering the ridiculous prices of K&N typhoon kits. Considering what you're actually getting, which is still a k&N filter, just not the shiny chrome pipe, it's extremely good value compared to the typhoon and others like it. Plus you get a heat shield. All seems to be great quality and fitting was easy. If all you care about is sound I promise you, you won't be disappointed. This thing makes a surprisingly loud growl. I was expecting to be underwhelmed when fitting but as soon as you start it you can tell. The difference is amazing (especially when paired to the cobalt backbox) Highly recommend!

Awesome CAI for MX5
Very good fit, easy instructions, quick fitment, factory sensors retained. The noise can be controlled via the pedal :) Personally I also feel the throttle response is greatly improved. For best results purchase the cobalt muffler (back box) also.
