At this price - worth a try....
I thought I'd try a course of Biotin to help to strengthen and thicken my hair, as I'm getting older it is becoming thinner. Early days yet - only been taking the tablets for a month, but I feel my skin is clearer, I think I have to give it a little longer to see what effects it has for my hair. But the price is very good, and it's certainly worth a try.

Made my skin come out in loads of spots after always having good skin. My hair has been really dry and that's why I purchased them to try help but it's now even worse, snapping off and falling out!! Definitely not reccomend. Was only taking them 2 weeks.

Currently taking two 5000, also added to my oil mix. And seen good results in s week. They are cheaper then some other brands but the quality just as good Stop breakouts out by taking Vitamins E and B5 along with drink a lot if water. You anti spot soap I use Africa black stop, please not there different strengths You can crush and add to your pic mix shampoo conditioner etc. If you see no result good idea to get a natural DHT blocker like nourish Beaute Brand, Saw palmetto, green tea Pumpkin seed seed.
