I thought I'd try a course of Biotin to help to strengthen and thicken my hair, as I'm getting older it is becoming thinner. Early days yet - only been taking the tablets for a month, but I feel my skin is clearer, I think I have to give it a little longer to see what effects it has for my hair. Currently taking two 5000, also added to my oil mix. And seen good results in s week. They are cheaper then some other brands but the quality just as good Stop breakouts out by taking Vitamins E and B5 along with drink a lot if water.
