Rugby capsaicin cream
Rugby capsaicin cream is of a good, easily spread consistency. It comes in a security sealed tube with ample warning of its effects on the box and tube. Only a small amount is required and I find it helpful to have a jar of vitamin e cream or similar handy to put on over the capsaicin to help spread it and massage it in. It's made in Canada and seems to be a good quality product.
