Very Sharp! Great for arthritic hands!! The weight helps to slip the peeler through the skins. Because the blade is removable, both sides of the cutting edges can be sharpened, if needed. Which is the key to ease of effort! There are also replacement blades available. Based on how well it’s made, I expect to enjoy this pro-peeler for many years!
